Home sweet home!
A much better flight from Dubai to Dublin. The whole plane just felt different: plenty of space, a window seat, good food and pleasant crew. The drugs worked magnificently with me managing to knock back a curry at some ridiculous hour in the morning and watch a film (Where the Crawdads Sing), two activities previously unheard of whilst airborne. We crashed into the airport hotel, succumbing to a bath and bed at 5pm, sleeping blissfully until 2am - the first bed since Wednesday night! We were on the road by 3.45am and home by 9.30. The house is immaculate, the cat nonchalant and it's too wet to look around the garden but the indoor bush is thriving! Thank you Hannah for looking after everything so well
