The Tow Path
My daughter and I were at St Pancras International Station late morning to see my S I L for a coffee and then onto her train back home to Derbyshire. As we were so near Regents Canal behind the station we decided to have a little stroll before we went back to our usual Saturday shopping routine. Dark clouds rolled over and it wasn't long before it started to rain and we sheltered under a newly built bridge. As you can imagine we didn't get very far on our walk so I took this picture not far from the bridge. There are so many cyclists and runners that use the canal and even in the rain you can see them along the tow path. The bridge in the distance is called Maiden Lane Bridge on York Way and the canal runs towards Islington.
The rain did clear up but it was cloudy and there was a rather chilly wind blowing.
