....work and work.....

The Boss' latest garden project......clear an area of bulbs and other plants.....level it.....dig up the paved area at the back fence....pave an area in the cleared space.....buy and build a garden storage unit.......lay a membrane........lay a paved path......lay a base for the fire pit............cover the remaining space in slate chippings.

We got as far as the building of the storage unit today.

I was allowed to....scrape off soil....shovel soil....shovel sand......shovel gravel.....lug paving slabs...lug the storage unit out of the garage.....

The S & H turned up to help.......just after all the shoveling and carrying had finished......just in time to look good slotting the unit together and wielding a power driver to screw everything in place........and of course to be fed.

Charlie tried to help but as you can see she thinks it's a little house for her to play in.

Thank goodness I'm fishing all day tomorrow...leaving here at 6.30.....won't be home until around 5.00.

Bank holiday on Monday......yay!
