A few photos from today. Fall colors and the Scarecrow Festival in Mahone Bay.
The day started with clouds and some drizzle, but by the time I got to Mahone Bay the drizzle had ended. After a walk around town, I continued on to Lunenburg. I stopped to take a few photos of some birds near there. I think the Lunenburg deer are trained to use crosswalks and to stop and look both ways before crossing the street. As I was driving down one street, there was a deer near the crosswalk. I slowed down, the deer stood there, waited for me to pass, then she crossed the street.
I stopped at one of my favorite spots for fall color photos. Then stopped at a garden center to pick up some plants for upcoming jobs. Just before I left the garden center it started to rain and the temperature dropped. Most of the day it had been around 17 C, after the rain started it dropped to 13 C. I decided to head home for the day. It did clear off after I got home.
The shingles pain and itch has been bothering me today.
