Apple Day

What a beautiful day, driving over to my market with the sun rising this morning was just magical.

Another very successful Balerno Farmers Market - and an absolute treat to meet blipper emhowl IRL (in real life). It was so lovely to have several people who came to the stall last month come back today to tell me how much they've loved their sponges (mainly) and buy more for gifts. I really can't believe how these have taken off, they are good but it's insane and I love it :)
The hot apple juice from their annual apple day was also a real treat.

By the time I was home and unpacked I was pretty whacked so went to bed for a couple hours. I've definitely done better this past week or so so hopefully that's me properly on the mend but still very mindful of how I tend to overdo things (and one thing I can't afford to do right now is 'over do' anything, there's still another 11 weeks of 'insanity' to go).
