Saturday: Spring Bulbs

Blue sky and sunshine from early morning, started clouding over late afternoon still pleasantly warm.
Thought it was time to plant some Spring bulbs, it was very nice to be out in the garden and the sunshine. I started cutting back the Buddleia at the top of the steps, The Robin came to investigate but disappeared … lost interest?!
The sparrow hawk was around the bird feeder mid afternoon, MrD thought it was around yesterday too :-((
Whilst I was pottering in the garden this afternoon I could hear lots of shooting, The Shoot are active again, where is the pleasure in killing (or maiming) another creature?
