Cycle ride

This is one of my favourite cycle paths alone a small river from Sawston to Whittlesford, where people walk children and dogs and plenty of birds to see yet no traffic. A 36km cycle to spin the legs out from the walks earlier in the week. Went well and enjoyable although on my own today.
A walk later in the day up the Rivey with the dogs proved a little harder due to my hamstring complaining. Home for tea which Mark has kindly cooked.
