Stressed. Sleep.

It’s been a reasonably stressful day and I was grateful to get to bed at the end of it. Ellie had a sickness bug which she thought she was ‘70% over’ but I banned her from coming to school mostly so I didn’t have to be in a germy car with her. This meant a stream of mentees this morning plus clubs in between sessions with no time to process anything in between. Torrential downpours on the way to the car. Then onto Sainos to buy everything for a work event tomorrow (I even bought myself an umbrella, wink wink).

Things mellowed out with a lovely coffee and catch up with musicalblips and then beer and sausage rolls with some friends. Good to wind down a bit but don’t think I’ll be properly relaxed until the end of our work event tomorrow lunchtime.
