Windy beach.

We reached Redcar this afternoon and (a) almost posted a picture of more wind turbines, (b) watched the sand whipping along the beach and stirring up the waves! A wonderful site for us as we live so far from the coast. We are looking forward to exploring Barnard Castle, Middleton in Teesdale, Hartlepool and the Tyne & eventually further north when we intend to stay nr Alnwick. We I want to try to visit some of my childhood memories from this area too. R says he should revisit some of his childhood memories around Wormwood Scrubs - not inside but around!
