Charcuterie

Camembert, P'tit Basque, Bayonne ham, Finocchiona, Provençal olive blend, cornichons, radishes, and garlic crackers. Wine: Andrew Murray Roasted Slope 2019.

Charcuterie is always a good idea. The wine is one of our favorites from our favorite winemaker. It is a Syrah co-fermented with 8% Viognier.
