Soulful Sax

My heart belongs to the sax player....my awesome grandson, Brody.

We had a wonderful day with Tim and Lisa (Mr. and Mrs. Outdoorguy)...lunch and then a road trip to MSU to watch the Spartan Marching Band rehearsal for tomorrow's game.  It's incredible to be so close to the power of all of those horns!!  And the drumline vibrates every bone in your body.  It truly is an amazing experience, and we love to hear them play!

Front and center here is Brody on alto sax.  It was so cold I don't know how his fingers worked, but they certainly did!

Later the four of us played cards at our house, and I'm so sad to say that Al was not a very gracious host, as he yanked a victory from under Tim's nose!
