A day that started with a bus journey to Stirling and ended with a train journey back from Glasgow, with a bit of Cumbernauld and Bonnybridge thrown in for good measure.

The trip into Glasgow was to attend my first Scottish Chamber Orchestra concert of the new season, and a rollicking concert it was too: Haydn's Creation. There's something special about live music, whatever the genre.
