Ding ding.

Sometimes, just sometimes it's rather good when the customer is away, I can get on with things. They have two Pittosporum Tenufolium both of which I clipped today having already cut back a number shrubs which overhang the neighbour's house. 

After lunch I spent a while cutting some grass before another session of weeding a bed which has been choked with bind weed, bramble and green alkanet. I'm pleased to say most of the last one were new seedlings so earlier deep digging had removed the established plants.

We cooked a tasty fish dish the name of which escapes me then promptly started falling asleep on the sofa, oh dear!!
