To the north

Straight from work we were driving north for a family reunion tomorrow. It's been a very long time since we've made such a long car ride. We are not used to it.
We drove through Germany because the motorways would be quieter, but after driving more than an hour and a half along the Ruhr area, I didn't believe it at all. After that hour and a half we continued through a quieter and beautiful rural landscape.
The sunset not only shepherd's delight, also the promises of a beautiful day to us.
