Celebratery Lunch this afternoon

I was at a Lunch this afternoon to celebrate a Friend's 30 Years' Anniversary of her having a Double Lung Transplant.
She had the Operation in Denmark where she was living at the time.
The big man at the front with the Beard is one of her Danish sons.
