In partnership with Denbighshire CC, Nature for Health has been holding a number of free workshops around the county. I was invited to the one held at our village hall today. Run by Mandy Coates, a master basket maker. We were taught the basics of how to make a shallow trug like basket from willow. This was what I made. It was so much fun, and a craft process Completely new to me. Very addictive. Might just have to start a new hobby ;)
