I was supposed to walk with a friend this morning but the heavy rain put us both off.  So, instead we met for coffee and caught up - she has a lot going on and I hope it was helpful to get some of it off her chest.

The weather is better this afternoon with blue skies and sunshine.  Yay.

No 2 son phoned - he is off work with a bad cold and is feeling rather sorry for himself.

Our new neighbours were supposed to come in for a drink this evening but they have called off as J has a cold.  Lots of it about!
