Chin ups

Still been trying new challenges from the Tribesports site. This is part of a challenge from the intermediate calisthenics workout, comprising 5x chin ups, hanging knee raises, assisted pistol squats (5 on each leg, a total killer) and pike push ups.
To complete the challenge you have to do 5 sets of the 5 exercises. I can only do one set so far, but it's good pushing yourself.
There may have been a tiny bit of editing in the photo :)
Other stuff I've done today is play some squash, do some practise walk the dog and make pizza for tea.
