Bridge at Donna’s

Today I went to my friend Donna’s to play bridge. I met a new friend, Jan, and reconnected with an old friend, Margot. I had a wonderful time. We sat out on Donna’s deck and ate a light lunch before playing a kind of hybrid style. We used duplicate boards but didn’t score. It was a great way to have fun, get some practice and not be serious or formal. You might remember this place. Donna is in my book club and we often meet here. Next week the gals are coming over to mine for a game. This could get habit forming.
