Fine view on a fine day

The weather forecast said it was going to be a nice day today.... so I was up and out quite early for a walk to Latrigg from the Gale Road car park nr Keswick. Haven't been there for a while so was looking forward to it. It was quite cloudy and misty when we arrived but after a while the mist cleared and the sun even put in the odd appearance! We did our usual easy peasy circular walk and chatted to one or two people along the way. There was a steady trail of people going up to Skiddaw too.

We were home by lunchtime, woo hoo, but I've not been well since :( so no chores have been done, no groceries got, just taking it easy.

I don't know what fells these are but to the left of them is Derwentwater. The road you can see at the bottom is the A66 and you can see the roundabout which takes you into Keswick. If you want to see a few more, there's some on flikr
