In the dubs

On my way to school early morning I passed this field where a mother cow seemed to be grooming her calf for the start of the day. I didn’t stop to take a photo but on the way home tonight I caught a shot of this beauty.  The weather is mild here for October and the Scottish countryside looks radiant and lush.  After the flatness of Holland it felt like home.
