Rain in the morning but the weather soon improved and it was very pleasant for outside work.

I ticked off a number of housework and gardening jobs. All very satisfying until my back shouted 'Stop!'

A lie down with a hot water bottle sorted it out, but a little reminder to self - stop at the first twinge next time.
