Water Pattern

We have driven over Exmoor today- very beautiful in the Autumn light.  The road,  quite a lot of the time, was very twisty turny and we began to think that a straight stretch would be good!

We paused at Tarr Steps to visit the site.  The water was flowing freely but not overly fast so I spent a few happy minutes photographing the patterns made as it tumbled onward.

Tonight we are near Bideford meeting up with old school/family friends of John.
