Bank holiday with a difference

We watched the funeral with the children in the morning, it was a big deal for the country and a part of history.
We lit the wood burner and roasted marshmallows.
Felt we needed to get out by the afternoon so a walk to the secret lake, not a person in sight and some blackberries picked. A lovely family day.
