Sea bass en papiollote

The latest thing from the freezer turned into a great dinner for Freezer Day Challenge day 6. We added roasted peppers to add colour and flavour. I emailed a friend in the US who I haven't seen for more than 25 years. He and his family were lovely to me when I was over there for a year when I was 18. Anyway, something too complicated to go into here made me find him online and get in touch. An hour later I got a delightful reply and a friendship has been rekindled. If you've lost touch with someone take a moment and message them to tell what they meant to you and you might be pleasantly surprised by the response.
