A visit from the very young
Today is a day of rest with no walking for Arth and me. We have done our exercises so we're not slacking!
The main event was a visit from Bruce (my cousin Eric's youngest son), his wife Danielle and their boys, Fraizer who is 2 and Brodie who was born in April. ( I have been very careful to spell their names correctly!)
I was keen to take photos using my 50mm prime lens with f1.4. Half way through the visit I discovered I was using a ridiculously high ISO. Arghh.
Here is Brodie, still asleep but beginning to stir and exercise his mouth muscles ready for a feed. He's a very calm, easy going baby and his older brother enjoyed the toys I had ready for him.
This evening I have greatly enjoyed listening to Archive on Four which is about Donald Winnicott, the child psychoanalyst who broadcast to the mothers of the nation in the middle of the last century. Quite inspirational, so try to catch him on iPlayer.
