South west coast path walk

A windy walk along the coast path today fromHope Cove to Salcombe. Windy and damp at times. Stopped in Salcombe for a coffee. Mark grew up here but there has been so much building work being done and has been done that the ‘soul’ of the town appears to have gone. Very disappointing and I don’t think we’ll come back.
It was suggested that we get a taxi back to the hotel but that would be a defeat for me. So a nice walk back we did and 22k in total and tired legs. A well deserved bath.
