Blooms on the vine

I'm not sure what these are but they were growing on a sort of trellised branch next to someone's allotment. I liked the petals and the stark middle bits! Thought it would work well in b&w.

My projection trainee is now fully trained and ready to tackle tomorrow's service. Hopefully it'll go well!

I've also had a fun day getting Kubuntu to work on my netbook... thanks to a roleplaying buddy of mine I finally figured it out. Hurray! No more silly Windows 7 Starter edition for me.
