Rash

Had a bit of a rash last night - thought maybe a bit of a sweat rash after walking but it flared up again tonight.

Not sure if allergy to something I've eaten or something caught that's causing rash.

Don't have any antihistamine tabs in the house so will have to try something from the potions cupboard. Tried the Freederm last night which eased it a bit, the antisting cream I only use for bites & nettles.

Might try the good old calamine lotion to cool & ease itch rash.

Will get some antihistamine tabs from the chemist tomorrow & may bin a couple of things from fridge & freezer incase it was them.
