Flying

We met our friends Nicola  and Stewart at Jinney Ring cafe and craft centre.  We had a good natter over a cup of coffee then went for a wander round the lake to see the ducks and geese.  These streamers were blowing in the wind publicising an upcoming kite flying event.

On leaving Jinney Ring we stopped off at Trench Wood Nature Reserve, a Worcestershire Wildlife Trust area of woodland we haven't been to before.  We had a nice walk along one of the pathways. I'm sure it's somewhere we will revisit. The extra is a close-up of some moss I saw on a stick during our woodland walk.

Back home we had the curry I made this morning for tea.
