Wednesday: Eat Your Garden!

Poured with rain all morning easing off by lunchtime. MrD on deliveries all day wearing his oilskins!
Family history all morning, had a lovely reply from my American cousin :-)
Had something from the garden for each of today’s meals: compote made with Bramley apples with breakfast, tomatoes & cucumber sandwich for lunch, runner beans & chopped wild cabbage with frozen fish pie for dinner this evening.
Went out into the garden around 4pm and a ferocious wind came from nowhere - bending our neighbour’s very tall eucalyptus over, luckily it didn’t break!
Temperature still around 11°C this evening.
