Had a non-stop day in the office today running around organising disclosures but got through a good number!  Left a bit late as was catching up with a colleague and we started on disclosures and recruitment and somehow ended got onto the merits and downfalls of democractic vs autocratic systems via rich Glasgow suburbs and the effects of pollution on population health.  I like those kind of conversations! 

The rain has been coming across all day and I noticed a pretty dramatic sky whilst cooking the curry.  nipped upstairs for a quick blip out of the back window and was pretty pleased with the result.

Tonight I'm catching up on the computer and will be filling out my e-bike forms whilst trying to fend off the advances of the cats.  Looking forward to a day at home tomorrow,
