Complicated

My train company is one of the only ones NOT on strike today, so i had a relatively uncomplicated journey in, something which I can't say about the rest of the day (and it's only lunchtime).

I've two projects that are causing me trouble at the moment, both of which need to complete before mid November and both of which run out of money at the end of the financial year (January).  Like all the best complications, neither are on track, one may be recoverable, one, if stopped, will probably never restart, one is sponsored by IT, one by the Business and one is needed while  one is wanted. Oh yes, and one has contractual commitments.

I have to present all the options by the end of the week.
