I woke up with a migraine heaving!
Thankfully it was raining hard so i had time to let meds work before a delayed start to litter picking once it stopped raining.
I had a snooze when I got back and felt sick again, so a bit more taking it easy.
I had a zoom with Keith and Naomi in the evening.
Harry and Selena arrived home late after I had gone to bed.
