Thoughtful gift

While I was in England, an ex-student (who’s also British, I taught her in NZ, and now she lives in Perth) asked me if I could do a little Photoshop job for her. It took me ten minutes.

A few days ago, she messaged me to ask how much she owed me. Of course, I said ‘nothing’. It was a quick job and I was happy to help.

This afternoon, a package arrived from her. Such a thoughtful gift. What a sweetheart. Even better, it’s a company (Mettle Gifts) who employ and train women who have suffered from domestic and family violence).
