Leading, not following

Today I did some work with patients. Still finishing after five hours.After a late lunch and a bit of a chill, i had a jog. Walked for the first more than half and then ran more than walked until finishing with walking.

I've put in an extra taken at the point where the path from the pipeline goes steeply up a rough track. Covered with mud and water there was no way I was going up that track
