Apple crumble

I made my daughter an apple crumble for tonight. She took me to yet another hosp appt today. Snow, rain, school holidays- not the day to be told it should have been a phone consult!!! Never mind they are an amazing lot. Still waiting for results from a test sent to Australia. Something new!!!!!
