A school in today, with several of the team. Always a better day for me, although I realised how unfit I am! I really need to take control of my diet. I was very tired again, but had been awake at 4:45 so not unexpected. 

A staff BBQ was scheduled for this evening and a few people asked if I was going. I declined each one politely. Practically not possible. I leave at 7am and couldn’t leave Dog until the evening in his own, even with the midday walk. Emotionally, a BBQ for staff, partners and family, just not do-able at the moment. As I was leaving a male staff member again asked if I was going, and I knew the tears were coming! I wanted to snap, but just too drained. He asked if I wanted a hug. How to respond? I’m fine I said and jumped in that car so quick! I hope the CCTV didn’t pick up my speed as I drove out the estate!
