We needed to plunge in cold water. We had spent the day at Harraby Community Centre on a training day which had us a bit baffled. I was so cripplingly tired I nearly asked my friend for the van keys so I could just sneak off for a sleep. It was the first time we had all met together as a whole team since the whole Cumbria service got split up cutting off the north from the south, and since covid. I was a bit brighter once in the lake!
