All butter shortbread

Rob went out for a very wet fungus foray. I stayed in! I did a bit of baking including trying out two recipes for the honey show next month. Both seem to work ok so I will do one more practice and then they should be perfect!
I made some mint jelly and tarragon jelly too, as it’s a shame to let all of the crab apples just rot away. So many apples!!
