The last square

Foundation paper piecing.

The appliqué piece is finished.

This final square is made up of 8 FPP triangles, 4 each of two designs.  I've pieced 7 of them - here you see the bits needed to piece the last one, along with two of the finished but untrimmed triangles.

It's rained quite a lot today, and looking at the forecast, I think we can expect more of the same for the rest of this week.  From the crafting point of view, this is good news, but we really would like to get out for some fresh air - waterproofs and wellies may be needed.
