Wet and Trolleyed.

It was a shitty day here in Auckland. Heavy rain thunder and lightning. My only escape from the house was to go shopping for some lemongrass, rice stick noodles, coriander, peanuts. Fresh lime and some spring onions.

We had everything else.

We had a dinner engagement tonight and thought we would bring a Thai prawn noodle salad. I have to say it was fantastic.
