Apples......!!!

Today I had apples ...more apples and then lots more apples..!!
We had a reasonable crop on our own tree and then two friends arrived with apples for me..!!
I won’t refuse any of them but need to get to work and deal with them...there’s a large bag peeled chopped and gone in the freezer.!... this lot I’ve boiled up with apple cider vinegar and water and they will drip overnight in the straining bag and tomorrow I’ll make Apple Jelly..!
I’m also going to try some Apple Jam..(a first)!!!
And I just have to make a crumble.....I love Apple Crumble...!!
