Simplicity and Balance

Back to work today. A full inbox and some interesting news and yet more to come perhaps. Lots of changes. Some stress on my part. Feels rather overwhelming. Had a long walk in the field with Merlin after work trying to process things.

Also today, Andy had a trip to the dentist and various calls to hospitals to try to sort out a referral following a X-ray on his teeth 6 months ago, since when he has heard nothing. Called an upholstery cleaner who seems v expensive - dilemma as to whether the sofa and chairs are dirty enough to warrant the cost. Merlin has another upset stomach so one us will no doubt have a disturbed night. Discussions re when to repaint kitchen now paint has been purchased. Discussion re seeing family over the coming months and the need to plan some visits. Thoughts and action needed to balance life so as no to feel overwhelmed! Hopefully more clarity and energy will be found tomorrow!
