Unsettled?

I took this photo whilst I was out walking Noodle this morning.. I was struck by the single Con/Chem Trail cutting through the shattered clouds onto the blue sky. It looks like a storm might be brewing but weather wise it remained a pleasant day.
Perhaps similar to previous entries like this the storm is metaphoric as opposed meteorologic....?
