The North Coast

I was glad to be able to get out for a walk today on the North Cornwall Coast. From Duckpool I walked to Bude, and then back, covering stretches of the beach, where it was safe to do so. There are some spectacular views from the coast path, but to really appreciate the raw power of this wild coast you need to get down close to the shoreline. This shot shows some of the dramatic geology of the coast, which changes at every turn.
