Satisfying day

Found some medication I had for a previous infection and it seems to have worked.
Yoga was in a new hall and was brilliant.
Had 'flu jab given by my GP and she said I was overdue one of my blood tests and an asthma check, so booked them before I left the surgery.
Filled the car with petrol so treated myself to this as I had been a good girl for my injection!!
Scales show I have lost a few pounds but I think my shape has just been 'reorganised' as it hasn't gone from the places I would have liked.
