Bathed in morning light. Time logistics meant I had to arrive early to do an on-line session with Norway and Ireland before coaching a Ukrainian business leader face to face, followed by the IESE Career Advisors’ annual lunch and get together. In the coaching session, we found ourselves referring to the pre-war and present situations - not language I have had to use before.
