Frittata

Another Ninja success! A quick dinner was required after I finished helping at the village hall following the harvest festival. After the service everyone, about 40 people, came into the hall for tea and biscuits and an auction of the produce donated to the festival, all of which was grown or baked by locals. The proceeds went to the local food bank. Kath and I provided service with a smile. Lots more washing up today!
