Food Tour

I went on a walking food tour today which was really good fun. The guide gave me his bracelet as he said he hadn't seen someone with so many freckles in years! Haha! This lady is preparing chontaduro which they boil for three hours, peel and eat with salt and honey. Very much a marmite item - some love it, some hate it. I didn't mind it but probably wouldn't rush to have it again. I did a salsa class in the evening, met a friend of a friend for dinner which was lovely & went out to a salsa club at night. I heard the saying in Cali is: 'Cali is Cali' and it fits this friendly, vibey city where everyone dances, well. I'm a big fan of Cali & will be sad to leave it!
